What the App Offers

The app gives you online programs for whichever period you are in as an athlete — at a tournament, before one, or in a loading and preparation phase. One weekly microcycle, specific to each period.

Adaptation Week (Pre-Season)

Anatomical adaptation / re-acclimation to effort week, after a vacation or break period. Reduced intensity, higher volume.

Loading Week

Preparatory microcycle with medium-to-high volume. A stage between tournaments, when you are not in a competition week.

Pre-Tournament Week

Microcycle during which the athlete participates in a tournament. Sport-specific stimuli at maximum intensity (100%) with medium volume.

Transition Week

Microcycle between 2 consecutive tournaments (or within a 3-tournament cycle). Monday + Tuesday are OUT OF tournament; the next tournament begins on Saturday. Programs branch based on how the athlete fared in Round 1 / Round 2 of the previous event.

Recovery Week

Recovery week after a cycle of 2-3 tournaments played. Restoration of body functions after 3-4 tournaments in 5-6 weeks.
